Step 1: Share Your Vision (Initial Inquiry)

It all starts with your idea. To help us understand and evaluate your needs efficiently, please email your initial concept along with any reference materials.

1. Project Overview: Is this a personal gift/collection or a corporate/group project?

2. Core Request: What product would you like to customize (e.g., calligraphy artwork, seal stamp, round fan)? What should be featured on it (e.g., a name, motto, logo, specific design)?

3. Visual References (Crucial): Please provide any materials that illustrate your idea, such as:

    • Text Content: The exact name, spelling, quote, or slogan.
    • Images or Examples: Pictures of font styles you like, sketches, color preferences, or layout ideas.
    • Brand Assets: For corporate projects, please provide your logo in a vector format (AI, EPS, PDF) and brand color guidelines.
    • Inspiration Links: Links to websites or images that capture the feeling you're after.

4. Other Info: Your approximate budget, desired timeline, and the occasion for use.

  • Our Response: We will reply within 1-2 business days of receiving your detailed email to begin a preliminary discussion and guide you to the next step.

Step 2: Consultation & Path Confirmation

In this phase, we provide expert guidance based on your project's nature and complexity.

  • Personal & Light Custom Projects: We will focus directly on design details, offer suggestions (like font selection), and provide a precise quote and timeline.
  • Corporate & Deep Custom Projects: We may schedule a brief online consultation to understand your brand, quantity needs, usage context, and packaging customization requirements. Subsequently, we will provide a formal proposal with multiple options, covering product design, packaging solutions, and tiered pricing.
  • Key Confirmation Points: By the end of this step, we will jointly confirm: ① Final Design Direction, ② Product & Packaging Specifications, ③ Total Cost, ④ Production Schedule.

Step 3: Design & Proof Approval

This is where creativity takes shape and is the crucial step to ensure the final product matches your imagination perfectly.

  • Design Draft: Based on the confirmed direction, we will create a digital proof for your review of content, layout, and visuals.
  • Packaging Plan: If custom packaging is needed, we will simultaneously provide mock-ups or specifications for materials, structure, and decoration.
  • Your Approval: Please review all details of the design and packaging carefully. Production will only commence after we receive your written (email) approval. Revisions can be made efficiently at this stage.

Step 4: Production & Quality Control

Your exclusive piece goes into meticulous creation.

  • Artisan Making: The item enters our studio, where it is crafted by hand or semi-handmade according to the confirmed specifications.
  • Packaging Production: Custom packaging is produced simultaneously.
  • Final Quality Check: The finished product and packaging undergo a strict inspection to ensure they meet our quality standards and your design requirements.

Step 5: Delivery & Aftercare

Getting the perfect piece into your hands.

  • Secure Packing & Shipping: The product is carefully protected, shipped in custom or reinforced packaging, and tracking information is provided.
  • After-Sales Support: We are here to answer any questions about care or use after you receive your item. For corporate clients, we can provide distribution advice for bulk orders.

Important Policies & Service Notes

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) & Pricing: 
    • Personal Customization: Typically starts from 1 piece. Pricing is based on design and craft complexity.
    • Corporate Customization: Benefits from bulk discounts. Specific MOQs vary by product and will be clearly stated in the formal proposal.
  • Packaging Customization: We highly recommend custom packaging for corporate gifts and premium personal gifts. Options include logo stamping, specialty gift boxes, eco-friendly totes, insert cards, etc., which significantly enhance the unboxing experience and brand memorability. Related costs will be itemized separately in the proposal.
  • Payment Terms: After confirming the proposal, a deposit is typically required to initiate the project, with the balance due before shipment. Specific terms will be outlined in our agreement.
  • Returns for Custom Orders: Because each piece is created uniquely for you, all sales are final once production has begun, unless there is a major quality defect. We strive for perfection during the design approval phase to prevent any misunderstandings.
